RizzoFilms

Rizzofilms
I had the opportunity to partner with RizzoFilms, a film director currently studying at UCF, to develop a visual identity that reflects his evolving creative voice. From the beginning, the goal was clear: to create a refined, professional brand that would grow alongside his filmmaking journey.
We kicked off the process by diving into brand discovery—discussing his creative vision, values, and the emotional tone he wanted to convey through his brand. He came to me with a strong initial sketch and a clear desire for a minimalist, cinematic feel. This collaborative foundation set the tone for the rest of the branding work.
Color and typography played a key role in shaping the identity. Rizzo expressed a preference for a monochromatic palette—black, white, and gray—to evoke sophistication and polish. For typography, I selected Murecho, a geometric sans-serif font with clean, modern lines. The logo uses Murecho Medium for a confident presence, while supporting text is set in Murecho Regular to provide subtle contrast and readability.
Throughout the process, we worked iteratively, refining both the logo mark and the overall visual system to ensure consistency across potential platforms—from title cards to social media branding. The final outcome is a sleek, understated identity that speaks to RizzoFilms’ professionalism and cinematic vision.
